Took the car in for an inspection today and it passed with flying colors. The only thing that it really needs is the 70k service and new timing belt. So the salesman knocked the price of the needed repairs/service off of the negotiated price.
Looks like I'll be owning a Volvo! Thanks for all the advice...I'm sure there will be many more questions to come.
