Paint chipping S70 1998

Help, my paint is chipping! Does anyone know what the warranty for paint is on the 98' S70 T5a????

    Actually, I just noticed my '99 S70 (black if that matters) has peeling paint on the front roofline between the windshield edge and the sunroof. Pretty bad, about 5" long and 1" wide strip.

    Is this a "known issue" or has anyone at least gotten satisfaction from Volvo?
