Heater Fan Control 1995 850GLT 850

The fan only works in high speed (Position 4 ) Both fuses are good! Could it be a resister and where would it be located.

    If it is the fan control resistor problem, then it is located behind the glove box (at least in my 1995 855). You have to remove the glove box to access the resistor.
