Turbo Timer V70-XC70

Just curious if anyone has installed a turbo timer on a 1998 70 series engine. If so, which brand? Does it work well?

    Those things are a complete waste of money IMHO. There's really no real need for that unless you're racing just before shutting the engine off and you don't then want to wait to let it idle for a minute or so.
    With normal driving, your turbos bearings aren't overheated to a point where excessive idling is necessary.

    1995 850 turbo, hks turbo timer. not too bad, set any idle time u want, even shows voltage. downside, the oem alarm is wired through ignition, so cannot lock remotely, must use key.
