Anyone with a 2000 or 2001 ECU Upgrade? Is the Speed limiter off or still on?

Does anyone know if the IPD ECU upgrade takes off the speed limiter? I.E. actually drove the car over 130 MPH? I asked IPD if the limiter was removed with their new ECU upgrade that just came out. The answer wasn't definitive enough for me. I am looking for someone that has upgraded their 2000 or 2001 S-60 or V70 to confirm that the limiter is off after the ECU upgrade.

Bottom line: I got a non IPD upgrade and the limiter is still on - Will go no faster than 130 MPH.

just got ipd's march/april 2002 newsletter, and they said on the 2001 v70 t5, they were able to get the factory 130mph speed limiter removed and rpm limiter increased from 6200 rpm to 6500 rpm.
