Interior Trim Code for S70 - Where is it and how do I decode it?

Hello:

I am trying to find a matching power seat for my 1998 S70, and need to identify the exact color of the interior leather. It looks like a light beige color, but a different color beige than that on my 1994 Volvo 850! Would like to know where the color code for the interior is marked on the car. Also does anyone have the codes handy from a Volvo manual ?

What color leather did the 1998 (or later) S70 come in? Did they change colors after 1998?

Any information on this obscure request would be appreciated.

I could give you all the color combinations here but there are so many.
Open up the hood and on the car's frame you will see a metal sticker that is either bolted on or stuck against it. You willsee a bunch of info and it will also show you the interior color (the first numbers) and the interior code below it.

Glad you were to able to find it. 3990 is "Ivory Leather".

It is "Taupe Cloth"...Not a very common feature on a V70...
