I got it from http://www.exoticwooddash.com/ and bought the WD200C (without the rear ash tray stuff). They did screw up and didn't send me the big piece for the glove box, but I'm fine without it - gives it a two tone look (which I finished up with complimenting floor mats and a motor sports emblem on the glove box).
Here are links to some pics I just took. They didn't turn out that great, but you get the idea. When you get a "wood dash" on a new car, all they do is slap it on before you pick it up. These kits are the same as you'd get with a new car. And yes, it's as easy as throwing it on with the 3M adhesive.
I'm pleased with mine. I recommend getting something that is similar to the factory one. When I get mine serviced (like today), they think it's factory.
