Top engine torque bushing S70

I have a cracked top engine torque bushing and I was told there are aftermarket urethane bushings available for my 98 S70 GLT. Does anyone know a source for these? Is the installation simple, require special tools, etc.?

I noticed the mount for the bushing on later S70 models is much beefier. Is the entire assembly available? with urethane bushing already installed?

What's the best fix for this problem?

IPD sells the urethane bussing (www.ipdusa.com). Some report it
passes vibration through to the car, others say no.

OEM part is about $10. My parts guy (at the dealer) has started
to call this a "wearable part" (like brake pads). I think they are
pretty easy to replace but have not done it yet.
