replaced all my rotors, still have a pulsing noise 850 1994

I have a very noticeable pulsing (whup-whup-whup) noise that increases frequency as speed increases. It is especially noticeable when turning right (such as on the freeway offramp). I thought it was a warped rotor, but after replacing all of them it's still there. Searching here led me to check the CV boots, but those look okay. What I found when I checked those was that the boot on the driver side tie-rod seems to be torn. Would this be the cause? Another thing is when I lower the rear windows, the pulsing is *really* loud. What else might I check?

Thanks!

I had similar noise in my 89 Escort when I made tight left turning. I turned out to be the wheel bearing.

very wierd here, my mom's 94 camry has a loose drive shaft boot on the driver's side, but u'd hear the noise coming from the right whenever u brake, corner too hard coming down a mountain road. others here have said tires, check it. if not the tires, warped rims?

Could be a tire. If you can, get your car up on a lift and check the tires for a bulge that could be tread separation. You could just jack up one side then the other if a lift isn't available.

Can you isolate it front or rear? If you can, rotate the tires front to back and see if the noise follows.

If you notice it more during right turns it could be a failing hub bearing on the left side. Just an idea.

BTW, if I lower the rear windows on my wagon I get a lot of buffeting noise left, right, left but I doubt it's what you're talking about.

    Good luck,

That could be the problem, I would have it fixed.

Is all you hear is a noise? No vibration or anything like that?
