No start under -15 C 850

It's my second winter with that car. I had no problem during the first winter. The car is now 105 000KM.

I had, over the last 2 weeks, problems to start the car when the outside temperature goes under -15 C. Battery was checked, new spark plug, new rotor, etc. I also add anti-freeze liquid in the gaz tank. Anyone with suggestion with something that could fix the problem?

get out the gloves and t-shoot in the cold

does it have spark?
does it have fuel?
turn and not start? not turn?

I'm no cold weather expert but those answers may help someone else answer
