While fixing a problem with a leaking thermostat hose today, I noticed an empty threaded hole towards the bottom of my engine. For reference, there's a bolt to the right of it that has a ground wire connected to it. There doesn't appear to be anything leaking from the hole, but I'm still a bit concerned. Help?

If you start looking around some more, you will find LOTS of these things. The engines are machined to use a variety of accessories, mounts, wiring harnesses, and etc. Nothing to wory about.
