electrical V70-XC70 2000

with the key in OFF position I have voltage on all the proper fuses. With the key in I and II position I don't get any juice to radio, a/c and fan switches .
Anybody knows what's going on? And where can I get the wiring diagrams for a 2000? Thanks, Rad

    Is your V70 the older version based on the S70, or the newer version based on the S80? I have wiring diagrams for both.
