Did you get REAL HID xenon bulbs? If so, aren't they great?! I love mine.
Anyways, the best thing to do would be to insure, that they are definetly aimed slightly downwards, and a pinch away from oncoming traffic. Another good idea is to go out with a buddy, and drive behind him, and have him report what kind of glare he is getting from you.
If you are REALLY concerned, go out and get yourself some E-code lenses. Supposedly, they do a better job of preventing light to glare upwards, kinda like fog lights.
If you just have regular xenon halogens, I wouldn't worry. At best, you have a small percentage light output increase. At worst, the tinting on the bulb reduces your overall light output by quite a bit.
If you don't know how to actually move the headlight for aiming, there are two adjustments, vertical and horizontal. For vertical adjustment, there is a knob that protrudes from the back of the headlight fixture with can be adjusted with a + screwdriver or your fingers, and is aimed by paying attention to the little bubble. As for the horizontal adjustment, that is done in degrees, by rotating an adjustment directly on top of the head light assembly.
I did a rough adjustment with mine after installing my Philip's HIDs, and then went out for a drive while with my dad in his car, to check for glare.
