I replaced the lock pin solenoid earlier this year and the message was working! The car sat for 30 days I wanted gas up today and it was locked. Removed the new solenoid and applied 12V it was OK. Perhaps someone might know more about that circuit? Thanks!

    Had a warm day and pressure washed engine compartment and created problems, water migration to the fuse panel, shorting out the WW washer motor dislodged RH low beam and likely caused the flap door issue? .Maybe I should have let it dry longer! Now the solenoid is working as it should.
