2001 V70 Manual Transmission Value V70-XC70

I have a 2001 V70 base with 283k miles and a 5-speed manual.
I bought it from a Yale Professor in 2016 when it had 270k highway miles. So I am second owner. All records from him/Volvo Connecticut.
I mostly drive 12-15 miles/day M-F in Brooklyn and the occasional 90-mile trip to PA or upstate NY each way way. Is there a value in a sale? I need to upgrade in the next 6-12 months since I have two pup-kids (so my family says) or keep and go over all issues.

Typical problems - sunroof drains, alarm siren, central locks. FOB not working, one window - rear not working, A few minor dings (3), Upholstery leather cracked/torn, roof rails coating cracked off.

What should I do to make sellable/of value? Or keep it and upgrade/work on?

Brooklyn Volvo dealership did the AirbaG recall and only had one guy in the whole place who could even drive a manual. And he said it was smooth, strong shifter.
