Haldex leak plug options V50 2006

Looking to see if anyone has had any experience with this interesting leak

Appears to be coming from a rusted out plug at the bottom of the haldex above the rear diff crossmember.

Thoughts that are not extensive/expensive repair are welcome.

    Don't you live in Fla now and have no need for AWD anyway? Replacing that drain plug is a real pain and may require a new/rebuilt haldex unit. If the unit fails, it will generate a code and will disable AWD. You will still have FWD drive.

      Nah, Still in CT, the rust buckle of good old USofA.
      Need the AWD to get up the driveway.

      Anyhow, to clear the confusion between the drain plug and the freeze plug, here is the pic of the leak.
