Stalling Baffled S60 2006

s60 2006 t5.
new plugs, breather box done, new fuel pressure sensor, fuel filter. NO Cel

Symptons
Morning Start- RPMS Dances and eventually stabilizes to normal idle.
Normal Driving is fine.
After car is turned off and restarted initially stalls on take off "losses power"
especially if the air conditioner is put on. After a few starts and letting it idle car is fine.

I'm Baffled. Cleaned MAF, new air filter. all hoses seem to be intact. cleaned throttle when the breather box was done.

Any ideas Madness

Stalling Baffled S60 2006

You might want to check the PEM if it is still located in the wheel well. The electrical connection tends to corrode over time. Clean the connector, use dielectric grease. There is an 'upgrade' to move the PEM into the trunk.

Or, it could be fuel leaking back into the tank, which means replacing the fuel pump. After a trip, check the fuel pressure at the rail 5 minutes after shutdown.
