Blower motor noise; can I lubricate it? V70-XC70 2005

Blower motor makes a squeaking/fluttering sound which increases when I accelerate. Can I repair it (take it out and lubricate it, for example), or do I need a new blower motor. I don't want to spend the money for a blower unnecessarily, but I also don't want to do the job twice if lubricating doesn't work. If I can lubricate, what would I use? (I would have guessed silicone spray)

    Get a new motor. Lubing it will work for a while, but by the time winter comes you will wish you worked on the car in the summer.
