How are the 2008 AWD cars with the 3.2? V70-XC70

Hi,
In am new to this but not new to older Volvo's I am looking at a 2008 X/C 70 AWD with a 3.2. It has about 130,000 miles. Is there anything specifically I should look for, problem areas? (Other than usual old car stuff).
How are the 3.2 6 cylinders? I've had several 5's before, never the 6.
Thank You!

The accessory pulleys and belt (of course) needs to be replaced. Not sure about water pump longevity.

The "key fob" suck-in motor is sometimes problematic. I don't like toys.
The 2012 XC-90 I was looking at has an older fashioned steering column style lock so something made 'em go back.

The 3.2 drinks about 25% more fuel than the 5 cylinder.

Thank you! It doesn’t sound like a long list of potential issues. I’ve always felt on Volvos by 120,000 miles the previous owners have already had to repair what’s likely to break, (unless there items that break over and over), and as long as they have done the maintenance such as belts pulleys, etc.

Are the 3.3’s. I have faster, or just thirstier. I’m not hauling trailers or heavy loads or anything, I do like fast, but always felt the 2.5’s were ok enough in that felt in that dept.
      Thank you!

I only have 60,000 miles and just replaced the belt, pulley, idler and push button ignition switch. Belt replacement not an easy job. The car is kind of a dog on acceleration certainly compared with any volvo turbo. Not impressed with fuel economy around town, maybe its my heavy foot to get it moving.

Don't have direct experience, but I can say the newer body style 2008+'s are heavier (a friend has a 2011 T6). This is pure speculation here as I don't really know if the extra power of the 6 cylinder makes it faster than the older body style with the 5 cylinder. Maybe it is somewhat of wash?? However, I can say with certainty that my friend's 2011 T6 is the fastest Volvo I've ever driven!
