Bought a new (to me) 2005 S60 in great condition. Does the radio (HU-650) have lighting so that you can see the volume knob, preselect stations and SOURCE menu at night? Ehat is illuminated is the radio station/description but nothing else. Could bulbs be burned out? Other than that radio works great a d really nice sound quality.o

    Neither one of our two HU-xxx radios have illuminated selector knobs. You’ll soon memorize each knob’s location and function so you can operate it in the dark without taking your eyes off the road for very long.

    Other than that, if your radio still works well and sounds great then you are truly a blessed Volvo owner. Those radios aren’t known to work correctly when they age.
