2008 - C70 seat switches

2008 - C70
Passenger seat goes forward, but goes back only half way. Local Volvo dealer says they need to take out seat and check micro-switches. Could take 2+ days to check out.
Anyone have experience with this problem and/or fix ?

    Two days??? Correct that micro switches determine the length of travel. But, I suggest you first look for an obstruction in the seat rail, like a dime or a penny. Slide the seat forward, and with a flashlight, check both sides of the seat rails.
