torque values on seat rails S80 2008

So, I'm pulling the wet carpet at the front passenger seat footwell, so I can air-dry the carpet (hoping for sunlight). The carpet's held down by the passenger seat rails. I found torque values for an S60 online, and it calls for eight newton-meters or 5.9 foot-pounds (I would probably round off to six). Can this be right? Hardly seems like much.

I usually use 25-30lbs on the 14mm bolts, quite snug.
