Volvo Valve Cover Oil Deflector V70-XC70 2008

I own a 2008 Volvo xc70 with 128K on it now.
When do you service Volvo Valve Cover Oil Deflector units?
Is there a set maintenance to be followed, etc?

I never heard of them - so I found them on Amazon - one rater said he fixed his by tightening up loose fasteners.

Have you checked to see if the fasteners are loose?

Replacement at 150K miles? Perhaps just a cleaning at that point? If it starts making noise, replacement is required immediately.
