transmission C70 2007

Hello all

A friend has a 2007 C70 Turbo

When i looked under the bonnet, i could not recognize the transmission

I could not see where trans cooler lines went into the radiator

Could not see dipstick

I was assuming that all was like my 2006 S60 na

Can you advise the following

Transmission type

OIL TYPE

Exchange procedure and fill plug location

i thought it would be an AW55 using jw3309

He was told it is a Ford trans ????????????

    transmission C70 2007

    Aisin JWS 3309 ATF is recommended for use in transmissions made by Aisin AW requiring a fluid approved against Type T-IV, JWS 3309, GM 9986195 and Audi G-052-025-A2. These AW (Aisin-Warner) transmissions are used in some domestic and foreign vehicles. Car companies do not make transmissions.

    Yes, there is a dip stick, it is just hidden way down low. It is yellow. Driver's side, and lots of tubing in the way. There is a holddown clip on the top of it, which needs to be pushed to the side. The dipstick is FRAGILE and can easily break.
