v70 2006 wagon: windshield washer reservoir - how to remove? V70-XC70

I am just checking on some info I read on the web. Do I need to remove the bumper trim and maybe the bumper? Thanks. Fluid won't stay in reservoir so maybe it is cracked?

Thanks. Would anyone know where I can find instructions on how to remove the reservoir? Also, is there a FAQ for this car on this board? I can't find it!
(I have the bumper cover off)

Bumper cover needs to come off. Read the last post on the bottom of the page:

Keeping it running is better than buying new

Thanks. Now I have one more problem. The new pump works when placed in a container of water - it pumps! Then I installed the pump and connected the tubes. However, I cannot get water up to the windshield. The problem is that I cannot really trace all the tubing because they are buried. Is there a hidden check valve or something up in there that might be the problem. I guess I will try to blow out the tubing. Also, on the reservoir the new windshield pump has two tubes pointing up. Why two if I only see one near the windshield? I am puzzled how two tubes become one! And why? (I can't trace it easily). (I am not describing the other pump for the headlights).
