Great leather rehab product

After searching the web for a product that could help with cracks in blue Nordkap leather, found Leather re-coloring balm in navy from furniture clinic on Amazon. Wow, did that stuff do the trick. Very excited, highly recommend. Read and follow directions. I wish I had done more photos or a video.

Does it also soften the leather? My passenger seat is hard as a rock.

Not sure if I need black or dark gray.

I am completely new to leather
      Yes, it's a conditioner too (!)
It soaks into to dry parts that need it, and glazes off the parts in good shape.
Repeated applications darken the areas with each pass, according to the manufacturer, so I vote gray.
An additional note, I had bought Meguiar's Ultimate leather balm and applied it a day after the color balm. It pulled up some color (very little), but I am not worried at all since the leather is so dry and willing to accept all that it's given, is not pulling up now, and we won't be wearing white pants any time soon.
Leather Honey seems to get a lot of buzz in reviews. I'd like to try it.
Hope that helps. Thanks for all your help.
