door lock sticking S70 1998

having what I hope is just a moisture problem with driver door key lock...heating key or blowing into lock to unfreeze it....eventually...just to get in...key fobs went south long ago...safe way to dry it out...??

I don't know how cold it is there, but stop blowing into the lock. That just adds more moisture. WD-40 might help, but use it sparingly. I would look for a small tube/can of lock de-icer similar to this:

Keeping it running is better than buying new

de-icer was the ticket Klaus...the blowing in was for emergency purposes only...and WD40 wouldn't thaw anything out...only works for moisture displacement, not ice...been in the 20s fahrenheit for a week now...

I would start with spraying WD-40 (Water Displacement-40) into locks.
