Hesitation stalling after fuel tank vent hose replaced tank dropped 850

The car sputters and misses when accelerating. The car will idle normal in park and neutral. When placed in drive at stop foot on brake- the car Rams drop and stall if I do not throw it in neutral and rev the engine. The car on interstate hesitates and misses.
Any clues? Should I take it back to the mechanic as it did not have this problem when it was brought in for service? It would appear to coincide with tank being dropped to access tank fuel vent line. Also they found a leak in tank on the top and patched that.
Thanks in advance.

Looks like you have the codes. Matthews Volvo site has code lists, you might have a look if the engine is still stalling etc
of course, been a long time since your post
