So I've had some people tell me it's my trany. I don't think it's this at all. I put my car on all 4 of my jacks off the ground and the back right wheel is not spinning. There is a new CV axle in it. Could it be the differential? or the drive shaft some how?

Yes. It sounds like the differential is doing what it's supposed to be doing.

no it does not make the right wheel spin.

Is the Left Rear spinning twice as fast as the front wheels?

If you tug a bit on the LH parking brake cable, does it force the right rear to start turning?
