Caliper boot replacement S40-V40 2001

2001 S40

I need to replace the right rear caliper piston boot. The caliper itself appears to be working properly, but the boot is torn.

This style piston must be "screwed in" not just pushed when changing pads if that makes any difference.

I was hoping to be able to replace the boot without disassembling the entire caliper, but I'm not sure if it can be done that way. Anyone know?
If it can be replaced in-situ, are there any tips?
