Noise from rear after IPD Camber Bushing install V70-XC70 2004

I installed the IPD camber bushings to correct an out of spec camber that seemed to cause severe damage to the rear tires. At the time of bushing install, I also replaced the worn out tires with new Continental tires. I now have noise coming from the rear of the car. I assumed this to be noisy tires, but it has not diminished even after 5000 miles. Neither has it increased. Are Continental tires noisy? It would seem unlikely that a rear bearing would go bad at the same time as the bushing & tire install since there was no noise before the tires & bushing. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks.
Marlin

A bad bearing will sound like a snow tire from 30-50mph. Your old bushings might have masked the bearing noise.

I can detect no play in the bearing while applying pressure to opposite sides of the tire, and feel no roughness in the hub after taking the wheel off and turning by hand. Do you have any links to AWD rear bearing replacement instructions?

This is a long read, but good:

I would have the noise 'verified' before plunging into a nasty 'repair'.

Any suggestions to "verify" a bad (or failing) rear bearing? I couldn't detect any play in the bearing or roughness when turning the hub by hand. The noise doesn't change when going around corners in either direction. Anything else I should try? Thanks.

Is it possible that a bad bearing was causing the camber problem!

Are the tires showing the same wear pattern?

I will recheck the balance of the new tires.
