Shift knob options? S70

Does anyone have any thoughts about a better shift knob than the OEM knob? I live in Northern California where its hot most of the year. The interior plastics take a beating. Today, i noticed the shift knob started to crack and pieces started falling off.
I was thinking about IPD but i dont have experience with their shift knobs.

Only OEM for replacement. If the button is falling apart, the button can be replaced.
