Fuel Pump Control Module XC90 2005

Sometimes called a PEM. According to a tutorial it's located on the forward slope of the right rear wheel well. Some of these were relocated to the interior of the car. Does anybody know if the relocation was done alongside the fuel pump recall that was done a few years ago.
