940 wheels on v70 ? V70-XC70 1999

I found some 15" Volvo alloy wheels "Antila" version from a 1999 S70 that I would like to put on my 1998 V70. The person selling the Antila wheels needs something to put on the car he is parting out so it can be rolled around. Would a set of 15" steel wheels from a 940 be usable ? I know the rim offset is different but I think that means the 940 wheels would be further out from the S70 hubs than an S70 wheel.

The offset is different, but to use as rolling stock will work quite nicely. Not to be used as a driving/commuting car.
