Hello the power seat on my V50 has stopped working. I checked the fuses and checked all the connections. I am wondering if it is the switch or the controller? Has anyone ever delt with this issue.

Driver, passenger, or both?

Here is a solution from someone who had both fail:

"The seats are working again. I did some testing and looking and found that 4 wires that were spliced together under the driver seat had corroded and come apart, they were 4 orange wires with a blue stripe. 1. feed from F86, 2. to drivers seat, 3. to pas. seat, 4 to rear liftgate inside light. clean wires, soldered them together, and water proofed them."

Thanks... My drivers seat is not working the passanger side in manual. All other elecrtical systems seem fine.

Seat Fixed. I took apart the side panel where the switches are and cleaned all contacts with electrical parts cleaner and re assembled . Now working fine.
