Brake lines and 302MM brake upgrade C70 2004

I plan to change my 2004 C70 HPT front brakes from the original 280MM rotor to the 302MM rotor. My question is, do I need to install a longer brake line to the caliper or is there enough play in the stock brake line which appears to be in good condition? And are the brake pads actually the same size? Can you tell I am not eager to install new brake lines given the apparent likelihood that the connection may be seized?

Same calipers and brake lines, no problem, also same pads if you want to keep them. The bracket bolts require red loctite, but should be reusable. Get some nice rotors with zinc or painted center hubs, otherwise the rust will look ugly.

Just curious, will your existing tires and wheels continue to fit with the larger rotors and the caliper sticking out farther?

From what I understand as long as I have 17 inch rims the larger rotor will work. From what I can see looking at the rim and current caliper placement it should just fit nicely.
