95 850 Key fob programming 850

Does anyone know how to program multiple key fobs to one vehicle?
I know each of 3 fobs work. I can program each one individually and they lock and unlock the vehicle but I'm trying to program all 3 to work on the same vehicle. I know the steps to program a single fob but how do I program multiple fobs? The car is a 95 850 T5-R sedan.

Easy, when you go through the procedure to program your first key: don't turn off the key, just hit the lock or unlock on the second and third key. When all 3 remotes are programmed turn off the key and try it

That's what I thought but when I press the buttons on the second or third remote, it doesn't do anything, even if I press multiple times.
Perhaps there is a limit as to how many remotes the receiver can memorize and the other original fob(s) were merorized then lost before I bought the car?
If this is the case, I wonder if I can erase all the remotes memorized by the receiver, previous and current and start from scratch.

In 1995, the limit is 3 remotes. In the link below, you have about 10 seconds to hit lock/unlock with the second and third remote. Watch the red light on the dash as you push a button.
