Vibration after start up? C70 1998

Hi there,
My 1998 C70 HPT with 180k starts fine first thing in the morning until I put it in reverse to back out of my garage. As soon it is in reverse the whole engine/car begins to vibrate for about 30 seconds. The idle does not fluctuate and as I give it gas it smooths out and does not vibrate.
I changed the plugs, cap & rotor two days ago and still have the same issue.
Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

I would start by cleaning the throttle body and Idle Air Control motor, regular maintenance never address these issues.

Also suspect is the PTC nipple on the air intake, just before the turbo, and the MAF. Assuming that there aren't any air leaks into the intake manifold due to cracks in the vacuum lines.
