P0030 Heated Oxygen Sensor C70 2004

My C70 high pressure turbo check engine light is on triggered by a P0030 code indicating a problem with the heated oxygen sensor, heater control circuit, bank 1 sensor 1.

Before I replace the front oxygen sensor I just wanted to check in and make sure I haven't missed anything. The Volvo part number appears to be 30637015. Does the "heater control circuit" indicate anything different? Thanks for the input!

You can try stockwiseauto.com for decent prices oxy sensors. Get as close to original equipment as possible - probably Bosch for your car I'm guessing.

You are correct. The O2 sensor has a pre-heat element that appears not to be working. Shop around for the sensor, I found one at Tasca for $243, FCP was off the charts. Expensive bugger!!! The one for my 850 was $80.
