directional problem V70-XC70

I have an 01 v70 T5. love it baut now the drivers side directional is staying on constantly. not blinking just steady light. killing the battery. had to pull the bulbs for now. I am new to Volvos so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Because it is only the one light, I suspect a ground wire is shorted. From what I learned around here, power is always on, it is the ground wire that is switched.

You can verify the power wire from the other side of the car.

Is it just the one bulb? You don't have the parking lights switched on and one is burned out? Any lights in the instrument panel, like a bulb with an X through it?
