Hi,
I noticed slow coolant loss, and later a slight weeping from the top hose on the reservoir. It is a matter of just tightening the hose clamp or is there something more involved?

You could try tightening the clamp a little, don't want to break the nipple from the tank. Verify first that the leak comes from the hose and not at the base of the nipple.

Your car is probably old enough to replace the hose with new clamps.
