Removing ECU C70 1999

Anyone out there with a 70 series car from 1999 on, how do I remove the ECU? On a 1999 C70 it looks like there are two sliders on either side of the ECU, however I have not been able to remove the ECU. Any tricks or tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,

    Yeah, use a thin screw-driver and push the two notched keys toward the front of the vehicle as far as you can, then wiggle and pull it slowly up simultaneously.

    You will need a special tool that looks like a pair of tongs. Can be ordered from your dealer, shouldn't cost too much.
