Oil Smell 850 1993

Have recently noticed oil smell coming into the cabin through vent system. Especially bad while car is idling. No leaks that I can see. Bit of oil seapage/misting around oil filler spot, suspect gasket there, but the smell is not coming from this. Any ideas or comments would be helpful.
