Removing Intake Manifold... difficult???? 850 97

My dealer says I have leaky vacuum lines under the intake manifold. They want $315 to replace the leaky line.

WHOA!!!, $300 labor and $15 parts. How hard is it to do this?

I need some quick feedback, please.

Also, they say both oxygen sensors need replacing, another $450. I know I can do these, but I'm not sure the check engine light will go off without using their scantool.

What's the deal?
