Proper oil plug washer? S70 1998

I recently changed my oil with Mobil One fully synthetic and also added a "gold plug" that has a strong magnet on the tip. It came with an aluminum washer and I wonder if a copper washer is a better seal?

Any opinions on which crush wsher is better for sealing the oil plug?

Copper is for cast iron blocks, aluminum crush washers for aluminum blocks. Remember, a crush washer is not to be reused so when you buy Mann filters always get crush washers in the same amount. BTW, the transmission drain plug uses the same size/type of crush washer.
