Creamy Oil 850 94

I noticed after the last oil change that my oil was somewhat creamy a week later. I was told by a mechanic that alot of cold starts and short trips can do this, having something to do with the engine never getting hot enough to burn off the condensation inside the motor. It hasn't lost consistency and doesnt smell like coolant or anything, no leaks..etc. Has anyone else had this problem? The mechanic said it just needed to be heated up and driven long enough to heat everything up properly and was common. Any comments?

Take it out and run it for an hour of high speed driving. If it is still creamy, get it checked out asap.
