Cam Adjustment Actuator Solenoid V70-XC70

Okay I got a 99 V70GLT sitting here with a Poo14 code. Last week when this code poped up, the car ran extremely rough, it started up fine but just ran rough. So i checked what was left of my timing marks, it has VVT on the exhaust, it was off especially on the exhaust cam (I can't find a mark on the exhaust cam pully) but the rear of the cam was way off.

SO with that, i ordered a new timing belt kit. swapped in a new waterpump... locked down the cams from the rear & locked down the crank with the proper tools. The intake cam & the crank looks great and on the marks. But the exhaust cam I can't find a time marking. Now its been a few years and beers since i did this. My AllData tells me to rotate the exhaust cam till i hit the tooth beyond the mark then place my belt over it... So i'm at a loss... It's amazing i did this last time with out proper tools (it took me forever) but i got it done. I thought i would have been a head of the game with the proper tools this time, sadly i feel like i'm not.

So any advise would greatly be appreciated...

Nevermind, turns out that After i got it together... i had lost compression, I expect it to be bent valves. I'll find out in the next few days.
