CE codes P0134, P0140: Oxygen sensor? S70

Have a 1999 S70 GLT, check engine light popped on. Ran OBDII, got P0134, P0140. Doesn't appear to have any leaks, guessing its the oxygen sensor (rear). Anyone have experience replacing these? I'm guessing the front will go soon too, so mine as well do that one too. Thanks for your input!

P0140 points to the rear O2 sensor and P0134 says front O2 sensor. Pretty unusual to have bot of the sensors go out at the same time. Did you clear the codes and see which ones came back first?

Did you run over a tall speed bump and scrape the O2 wires for the rear sensor? You also might just try cleaning the plug area on to of the tranny housing.

You are right about it is probably time to replace them, they do not age well. If you do, try to get OEM as they will normally work better than 'others'.
