Jingly noise 850

Ok, I know it is hard/stupid to try to analyze something from reading a described noise but here I go anyway. With the window down I can hear a noise that sounds like some braceltes jangling together from possibly the front wheels. this is at low around town speeds, faster I do not know if the noise is there, because A). My exhaust is loud and B). it is like 20 degrees here and faster is too cold at the moment with the windows down.
I should mention my ABS/Traction control lights are on. I also haven't had the chance to lie on the cold garage floor to look underneath.
Any Ideas?

Well, turn on the heat blower and the butt warmers. Roll the windows down and drive around the block.

First, if the jingle noise happens on bumps, listen if it goes away when lightly pushing on the brake pedal. Same for the Ebrake. If the noise goes away, then you have a brake problem. With the 4 windows rolled down, try to note if the noise is in the front or rear and which side.

I get a jingly noise over bumps, coming from drivers side rear. I had someone look at it and he said it was something to do with the emergency brake attachment.

"Braclets jangling" is certainly and odd sound. My guess is that you'll really have to jack the front end up and do some crawling around. Could be the CV joints?? Or maybe you snagged some road debris.
