Decode VIN for factory options

I may be looking at a 2007 XC70.
I know there were only a few options offered on that model, and I'm wondering how to know if this car has any of them.
Is there a VIN decoder somewhere?
Other ideas?

    Go to Volvo's web site and build a car - there are not too many options except in packages.

    Your dealer can probably help you on this. Our dealer has ads with a list of all a used car's options.

    Only the engine is in the VIN. The other options are in the data plate, last noted by me to be on the inner fender behind the driver's headlight.

    The VIN only has the engine and the XC only had one type. There is a data plate on the fender next to the battery which has option codes. Unfortunately my data book only goes to 1998.

    enter in the year and model, select the specifications PDF and take a look???
